As you read this, exploration is continuing into the future open pit mine known as the Pebble Mine in Alaska. This mine will be extracting copper, gold and molybdenum deposit from the Bristol Bay Watershed located on the Alaska Peninsula 200 miles southwest of Anchorage Alaska and just north of Lake Iliamna or west of Lake Clark. We activity solicit your support in protecting this valuable salmon rearing habitat for our children and all future generations to enjoy. If allowed to continue, this will be the largest open pit mine of its type in all of North America.

The Pebble Mine project is located on land owned by the State of Alaska. Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. of Vancouver, Canada, developer of the Pebble Mine, holds 153 square miles of state land for mining claims within the Bristol Bay Watershed.
